The James Group Mission

James Group Ministries exists to support non-profit organizations, Churches, and individuals, reset, renew, and restore so they can reach their full potential.

We achieve this through the use of a variety of tools for training and coaching in three areas: Leadership Development, Discipleship and Community Connections.

Leadership
Development

Leadership development is about honing specific leadership skills that foster self-awareness, adaptability, and a strong sense of ethics. The goal is to create resilient, visionary, and empathetic leaders. It involves education, training, mentoring, and experiential learning to empower individuals with the capabilities and attributes necessary to lead and inspire others, drive positive change, and achieve organizational or community objectives.

Discipleship

Discipleship is an essential part of personal and organizational growth. It is a spiritual journey and commitment where individuals actively follow, learn from, and emulate the teachings, principles, and values of Jesus Christ. It involves a dedicated pursuit of deeper understanding, personal growth, and practical application of His teachings in one’s life, with the goal of cultivating a closer connection to God the Father, living a more purposeful life, and actively sharing these spiritual insights with others.

Community Connections.

We reach out to individuals, couples and families of all age groups and offer caring support and training as they work through a wide range of life issues such as addictions. Addictions and compulsive behaviors ruin lives and communities. Addictions destroy the lives of those suffering with the addiction, as well as the lives of their families, friends, and communities.
